Comrade Jin Chao was born in Suizhou, Hubei in November 1984. His company's products, including plastic track materials, silicon PU court materials, and artificial turf materials, are at the forefront of the industry.

In May 2019, Comrade Jin Chao was successfully elected as the investment ambassador of the Suizhou Municipal Government.
