Jinbang Group's Q1 2021 Summary Conference Successfully Concluded

To enhance internal cohesion, foster camaraderie among colleagues, improve employees' business knowledge, and cultivate a positive team spirit, Jinbang Group held its first annual fun sports meet and company-wide launch conference from April 6th to April 9th, 2021.

  Jinbang's company-wide launch meeting, held over three days, from April 7th to April 9th, was filled with excitement and valuable insights. Thunderous applause frequently erupted in the Jinbang Group meeting hall. Colleagues gathered together to summarize experiences and share insights. Every colleague was confident, expressing their determination to achieve the Q2 targets. Company-wide Meeting Day 1 2020/04/07

   The entire meeting was hosted by Ms. Zhang Xue, the Executive Vice General Manager of Jinbang Group. At the beginning of the meeting, Ms. Zhang summarized the sports meeting held the previous day, praising the participants for their demonstration of the Olympic spirit of higher, faster, and stronger, and stating that the following three days would be crucial, hoping that everyone would maintain their spirits and focus on learning.

   Mr. Jin Chao, Chairman of Jinbang Group, then took the stage and spoke, reviewing the company's history. He stated that Jinbang Group's sales achievements have increased exponentially in just a few short years, thanks to its adherence to 'seeking truth from facts and daring to innovate'. Jinbang Group has cultivated its own unique Culture and industry standards, and has withstood the test of the market. Looking to the future, Jinbang will continue to uphold the spirit of 'innovation' and 'practical work', steadily moving forward and towards the capital market.

   Next, Mr. He Junfeng, CEO of Jinbang Group, took the stage and gave a speech. He deeply analyzed the three major pain points of the sports flooring industry and presented three targeted solutions.   Mr. Qiao Haijun, Executive Vice General Manager of Jinbang Group, said in his speech that, thanks to the efforts of all Jinbang Group colleagues,

we exceeded our 2021 Q1 targets by 132%. In order to achieve the annual target for 2021, teams in various regions need to explore business from multiple aspects, developing and assisting partners in securing projects. Mr. Qiao also provided specific development directions and methods for the Q2 business work of various regions, hoping that they will continue their efforts and achieve their Q2 targets as soon as possible.

   At 8:30 am, Jinbang Group's training room was already packed, with everyone sitting attentively, full of anticipation for the upcoming activities.

 

   Mr. Rao Xiaoqiang, Service Director of Jinbang Group's East China Region, shared his personal experiences since joining Jinbang. Mr. Rao's words were humorous and sincere. He said that Jinbang had changed his life trajectory, and that the platform had allowed him to grow rapidly. For the future, he hopes that everyone will 'walk more, listen more, think more, and take more notes', continuously improving themselves, and becoming self-disciplined, confident, and self-aware.

   Ms. Xun Yanjuan, Service Director of Jinbang Group's Central China Region, gave a speech, using two classic Cases as examples to vividly explain how to cooperate with different types of clients. In Q2, various regions need to pay attention to this aspect.

   In the Douyin (TikTok) creation skills sharing session, Jinbang Group was fortunate to invite Douyin star, Ms. Liu Hua. Ms. Liu believes that shooting Douyin videos should be low-cost and sustainable. She advocates for a calm approach to interacting with fans. Ms. Liu also explained Douyin creation skills from multiple aspects, including editing tools, shooting ideas, and titles.

Company-wide Meeting Day 3  2020/04/09

 

   The Jinbang Group's company-wide meeting Enter its final day, with continued excitement. Mr. Cai Jiaopeng, Service Director of Jinbang Group's Northwest Region, gave a presentation on Jinbang Group's Customer Service Handbook. Mr. Cai's sharing was thorough, covering almost every aspect of customer service.
