11 Major Factors Affecting the Construction of Stadium Plastic Running Tracks

The spatial interval between adjacent courts varies greatly. If two or more adjacent parallel acrylic tennis courts are built, the distance between the sidelines of adjacent courts shall not be less than 4 meters.

1. Spacing between the connected areas of multiple courts.
2. For two or more adjacent parallel acrylic tennis courts, the distance between the sidelines of adjacent courts should not be less than 4 meters.
3. Soil thickness of the site, groundwater position, and court orientation.
4. To prevent blistering and peeling of the plastic track surface after paving, the density of the base layer must be strictly controlled to prevent poor embedding of the cement base layer itself, peeling, delamination, resulting in poor bonding strength, surface gasification, and tearing of the surface. Areas where the base layer density is insufficient can be reinforced by drilling, injecting glue (rubber nails).
5. Areas of the base contaminated and corroded by diesel fuel should be removed and filled with glue.
6. Selection of cement or asphalt base.
7. The surrounding fence height of an outdoor tennis court is generally 4 meters, and can be adjusted according to the surrounding environment and building height.
8. For indoor acrylic tennis courts, the minimum height above the end line 6.40 meters away is 6.40 meters. The minimum indoor ceiling height above the net is 11.50 meters.
9. For tennis courts requiring lighting installation, in addition to indoor ceiling light distribution, outdoor acrylic tennis courts should not have lighting fixtures above the court and on either side of the end lines. Outdoor court lighting fixtures should be installed on both sides of the court, at least 6.0 meters above ground, evenly illuminating the court from both sides. A standard tennis court usually requires 8 sets of 1000W tennis court-specific lighting fixtures.
10. The actual thickness of the glue layer is measured from the bottom of the glue to the center of the top layer of glue particles. This is generally controlled in two ways. First, the thickness is pre-checked by using a formwork, and areas with excess height are trimmed or hammered down. If the excess is not significant, a flat scraper with a clamping device can be used to ensure an even thickness of 5mm.
11. To ensure flatness and slope, after nailing the strips, use a level to simulate and check. For high areas of the base layer, level first. For low areas, fill with glue.
